Marinade and Coating

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the shells are vibrant red and the meat is opaque. Remove from water, let cool, and then slice the shells open to extract the meat.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Scallops

In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sesame oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add scallops and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Calamari

If using fresh calamari, clean and slice into rings. If using frozen, thaw and pat dry. Set aside.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Cook the Scallops

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove scallops from marinade and add them to the skillet. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

  2. 5

    Cook the Calamari

In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed and cook the calamari rings for about 1-2 minutes until they turn opaque. Do not overcook as they can become rubbery.

  3. 6

    Finish the Lobster

In the same skillet, add the lobster meat and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds during the last minute of cooking.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Seafood

Arrange the lobster tail, scallops, and calamari on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.

  2. 8

    Serve

Enjoy the Seafood Combination Special warm, with lemon wedges on the side for extra flavor.
