Method
Prepare Lobster Tails
- 1
Thaw the Lobster Tails
If using frozen lobster tails, thaw them in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours or under cold running water for about 30 minutes.
- 2
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 3
Prepare Lobster
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut through the top shell of the lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the lobster meat slightly out, keeping it attached at the base.
- 4
Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat and inside the shell.

Bake the Lobster
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

Prepare Asparagus
While the lobster is baking, rinse the asparagus and trim the tough ends.

- 9
Sauté Asparagus
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the asparagus for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
