Prepare the Shrimp
Rinse the peeled and deveined shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat the Pan
In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add Garlic
Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque.

Flip the Shrimp
Flip the shrimp over and add the soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the shrimp evenly.

Finish Cooking
Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked through and the sauce has slightly thickened.

Garnish and Serve
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in sliced green onions. Serve hot, garnished with additional lemon wedges if desired.
