Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. This will be the marinade for the chicken.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Make sure the chicken is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Cooking
- 3
Heat the Pan
In a large skillet or a hibachi grill, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat until hot.
- 4
Cook the Chicken
Add the marinated chicken pieces to the hot skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
