Cooking Instructions
- 1
Brine the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl or pot, combine the beer, salt, brown sugar, black peppercorns, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until the salt and sugar are dissolved. Add the chicken wings, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- 2
Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using an oven, preheat to 425°F (220°C).
- 3
Grill the Chicken Wings
Remove the wings from the brine and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings on the grill, cooking for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until they are crispy and cooked through. If using an oven, place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway.
- 4
Toss with Buffalo Sauce
Once cooked, transfer the wings to a large bowl and toss them with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- 5
Serve
Serve the wings hot with bleu cheese, celery sticks, and ranch dressing on the side.
