Preparation Instructions

1

Cook the Skirt Steak

Season the skirt steak with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.

2

Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, chopped mint, julienned carrots, sliced scallions, and diced mango. Toss gently to mix all ingredients.

3

Add the Steak

Slice the rested skirt steak thinly and add it to the salad.

4

Make the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Adjust flavors to taste.

5

Combine and Serve

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Top with crispy ramen noodles and sliced almonds before serving.
