Tuna Poke Nachos Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

1

Prepare the Tuna Mixture

In a medium bowl, combine the diced sushi-grade tuna, finely chopped sweet onion, soy sauce, and nori strips. Gently mix together and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

2

Make the Wasabi Cream

In a small bowl, whisk together the wasabi paste and mayonnaise until smooth. Set aside.

3

Prepare the Sriracha Mayonnaise

In another small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with sriracha sauce until well combined.

4

Assemble the Nachos

On a large serving platter, spread out the crispy wonton chips. Top them with the marinated tuna mixture, diced avocado, and halved cherry tomatoes.

5

Add the Sauces and Garnish

Drizzle the wasabi cream and sriracha mayonnaise over the top. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
