Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the broccoli florets and mushrooms, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Cook the Salmon
In another skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Carefully flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until cooked through.

Combine and Serve
Once the salmon is cooked, remove from heat. In the skillet with the sautéed vegetables, add the semi-dried tomatoes, capers, black olives, and lemon juice. Stir to combine and heat through for 1-2 minutes. Serve the salmon on a plate topped with the sautéed mixture.
