Cook the Orzo
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the orzo and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Parmesan Aioli
In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.

Combine Ingredients
In the same skillet used for the salmon, add the semi-dried tomatoes, olives, and capers. Stir for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Add the drained orzo and mix well.

Serve
Plate the orzo mixture, top with the seared salmon, and drizzle with the Parmesan aioli. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
