Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Season the tomahawk pork ribeye with salt and black pepper on both sides. Dredge in flour, shaking off excess.

  2. 2

    Bread the Pork

In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs. Dip the floured pork into the eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded pork for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Smashed Potatoes

Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and smash them gently with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Cook the Broccolini

In the same skillet, add broccolini and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Add lemon juice and stir.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the pork Milanese alongside the smashed potatoes and broccolini. Enjoy!
