Slow Roast the Beef
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the beef chuck roast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil and transfer it to the preheated oven. Roast for about 3-4 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.

Prepare the Sandwich
Once the beef is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing it thinly.

On a sub roll or hoagie, layer slices of roast beef, followed by provolone cheese, a handful of arugula, giardiniera, and sport peppers.

Drizzle with white sauce and serve immediately.
