Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the lemon or strawberry cello and Stoli vodka. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Top the drink with sparkling water, giving it a gentle stir to combine.
