    Mix the Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the 8th Day Gin, Bertina Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

    Strain and Serve

    Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

    Add Prosecco

    Carefully float the Prosecco on top of the cocktail by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
