Prepare the Mixture
In a mixing glass, combine the 8th Day Distillery gin, Dolin sweet vermouth, and Campari.

Stir
Stir the mixture gently with ice until well chilled.

Transfer to Barrel
Pour the mixture into an oak barrel for aging.

Aging
Seal the barrel and allow the mixture to age for 7 weeks.

Serve
After 7 weeks, pour the aged Negroni into a glass over ice and garnish with an orange twist.
