Cool and Chill
Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent a skin from forming. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Strawberry Gelato Preparation

Puree Strawberries
Blend the fresh strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Strain to remove seeds if desired.
- 6
Combine with Base
Once the gelato base is chilled, fold in the strawberry puree into the base until well combined.

- 7
Combine Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Fold in the chocolate hazelnut spread into the gelato base until evenly mixed.
Pistachio Gelato Preparation
- 8
Incorporate Pistachios
Fold in the finely chopped pistachios into the gelato base until evenly distributed.

Pour each flavor into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- 10
Freeze Gelato
Transfer each gelato flavor into separate containers and freeze until firm (at least 4 hours).

Serve and Garnish
To serve, layer scoops of each gelato flavor in bowls. Top with fresh cherries, chocolate chips, chopped pistachios, raspberry sauce, and chocolate sauce as desired.
