Marinate the Ribs
In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade. Place the ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or dish, pour the marinade over the ribs, seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Slow Cook the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
