Cooking Instructions

1

Prep the Steak

Remove the top sirloin steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

2

Season the Steaks

Rub the steaks with olive oil, then season both sides generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary.

3

Preheat the Grill or Skillet

Preheat a grill or heavy skillet over high heat for about 5 minutes.

4

Cook the Steaks

Place the steaks on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.

5

Add Butter

In the last minute of cooking, add butter to the skillet or on the grill. Spoon the melted butter over the steaks for added flavor.

6

Rest and Serve

Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
