Mixing Instructions
Prepare Your Shaker
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Disaronno, Woodford Reserve, egg white, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
Dry Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Wet Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Optionally, garnish with a lemon twist or cherry.
