Stuffed Potato Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bake the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash the potatoes thoroughly and poke holes in them with a fork. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes or until they are tender.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Filling

While the potatoes are baking, prepare your choice of pulled pork or grilled chicken. If using pulled pork, heat it in a saucepan until warmed through. If using grilled chicken, shred it and mix it with your favorite sauce.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Toppings

Chop the green onions and set them aside. Grate the cheddar cheese and prepare any additional toppings you wish to add.

  4. 4

    Stuff the Potatoes

Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Cut a slit down the middle of each potato and gently push the ends to open them up. Add a tablespoon of butter, salt, and pepper to taste, then fill each potato with your choice of pulled pork or grilled chicken.

  5. 5

    Add Cheese and Toppings

Top each stuffed potato with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions. Add any optional toppings you desire.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the stuffed potatoes warm and enjoy your delicious meal!
