Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Fingers
Cut the chicken breast into strips. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs with milk. Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
- 2
Prepare the Shrimp
Peel and devein the jumbo shrimp. Repeat the same coating process: dip in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
- 3
Fry the Chicken Fingers
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Carefully add the chicken fingers and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 4
Fry the Shrimp
In the same oil, add the battered shrimp and fry until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 5
Prepare the Fries
Cook the seasoned fries according to package instructions until crispy.
- 6
Serve
On a plate, place a serving of crispy seasoned fries and arrange the chicken fingers and shrimp on top. Serve hot.
