Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to keep the drink chilled.

Mix Ingredients
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the sarsaparilla extract and honey. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.

Pour the carbonated water into the glass filled with ice, then gently add the sarsaparilla and honey mixture. Stir lightly to mix.
