Pork Chop Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary. Mix well to form a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork Chop

Rub the marinade all over the pork chop, ensuring it is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Pork Chop

Place the marinated pork chop on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove the pork chop from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute for a tender chop.
