Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Rub the pork shoulder with salt and pepper. Smoke the pork at 225°F for 8-10 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F for tender pulled pork.

  2. 2

    Shred the Pork

Once cooked, remove the pork from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes. Shred the pork using two forks.

  3. 3

    Mix with BBQ Sauce

In a large bowl, toss the shredded pork with the hot BBQ sauce until well coated.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sandwich

Place a generous amount of the BBQ pork on the bottom half of a burger bun. Top with melted cheddar cheese, fried onions, and pickles. Place the top half of the bun on.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Fries

Cook the fries according to package instructions until crispy. Serve alongside the sandwiches.
