Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preparation
Take the ribeye steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30-45 minutes before cooking. This ensures even cooking.
- 2
Seasoning
Generously season both sides of the ribeye steak with salt and black pepper. Make sure to rub it in well.
- 3
- 4
Flipping
Flip the steak and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting the time based on your desired doneness.
- 5
- 6
Resting
Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for at least 10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.
- 7
Serving
Slice the ribeye against the grain and serve immediately. Enjoy your dry aged ribeye steak!
