Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with bread crumbs.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, pour the vodka sauce over the fried chicken breasts. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
