Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter and minced garlic.

  3. 3

    Grill the Chicken

Grill the marinated chicken breasts over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In a skillet, heat olive oil and add sliced mushrooms. Sauté until they are browned and tender.

  5. 5

    Make the Marsala Sauce

Add Marsala wine to the skillet with mushrooms, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.

  6. 6

    Sauté the Spinach

In a separate pan, sauté fresh spinach in olive oil until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. 7

    Assemble the Dish

Place a portion of garlic mashed potatoes on the plate, top with grilled chicken, and spoon the Marsala sauce and mushrooms over the chicken. Serve with sautéed spinach on the side.
