Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare and Cook the Burger

Season the Angus beef patty with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the burger for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place 2 slices of cheddar cheese and 2 slices of Monterey Jack cheese on top of the burger. Cover to help the cheese melt.

  3. 3

    Fry the Egg

In a separate skillet, add cooking oil or butter and heat over medium heat. Crack the egg into the skillet and fry until the white is set and the yolk is cooked to your liking (sunny-side-up is recommended).

  4. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet as the egg, add the bacon strips and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger bun if desired. Place the cooked burger with melted cheese on the bottom half of the bun, add the fried egg on top, followed by crispy bacon strips. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the breakfast burger hot, and enjoy!
