Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pork, cooked rice, Cajun seasoning, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Form the Balls
Add the beaten egg to the mixture and stir until combined. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Coat the Balls
Roll each ball in bread crumbs until fully coated. Set aside on a plate.

Fry the Balls
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the boudin balls in batches for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Serve the boudin balls warm with mustard remoulade sauce on the side.
