Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Take the Certified Angus Beef® Top Sirloin out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. This helps ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Rub the steak with olive oil, then season generously with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. If using, sprinkle fresh rosemary on top.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill to high heat or heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Cook the Steak

Place the steak on the grill or in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the time according to your desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slice against the grain and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious Baseball-Cut Top Sirloin!
