Deviled Eggs Preparation

Make the Filling
Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth.

Stuff the Eggs
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

Bread the Eggs
Dredge each stuffed egg in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Bacon Jam Preparation

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Reserve some fat.

Make the Jam
Add the bacon back to the skillet with brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. Cook until the mixture is caramelized and sticky.
Truffle Aioli Preparation

Mix Aioli Ingredients
Combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, truffle oil, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
