Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 2
Assemble the Eggrolls
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface with one corner pointing towards you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the pork and vegetable mixture near the corner closest to you. Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- 3
Fry the Eggrolls
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the eggrolls in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 4
Serve
Serve hot with sweet & sour sauce for dipping.
