Preparation
1. Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Set Up Breading Station
In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
3. Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat until hot.
