Eggrolls

Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, grated carrots, green onions, ground pork or chicken, soy sauce, and stir well.

Fill the Eggrolls
Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto each eggroll wrapper. Roll and seal the edges with water.

Fry the Eggrolls
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Fry the eggrolls until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Potstickers

Fill the Potstickers
Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold over to seal.

Cook the Potstickers
Heat a skillet with a little oil, add the potstickers, and cook until the bottoms are browned. Add water and cover to steam until water evaporates.
Krab Rangoons

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder until well combined.

Fill the Rangoons
Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.

Fry the Rangoons
Heat vegetable oil and fry the rangoons until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Stir well.

Cook the Sauce
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
