Dip Preparation

1

Prepare the Spinach

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water. Drain and chop the spinach into smaller pieces.

2

Prepare the Artichokes

If using canned artichoke hearts, drain them and chop them into small pieces. If using frozen, thaw and chop them.

3

Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

4

Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

5

Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.

6

Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables for dipping.
