Shishito Peppers

1. Prepare the Peppers

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add Shishito peppers to the skillet.

2. Sauté the Peppers

Sauté the peppers for about 5-7 minutes, until they are blistered and slightly charred. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.

Guacamole and Chips

3. Make the Guacamole

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork.
