Prepare the Base
In a large pitcher, combine your choice of red wine, white wine, rosé wine, sparkling wine, or sake, based on your preference.

Prepare the Fruits
Slice the orange, pineapple, peach, and apricot into bite-sized pieces. Core and slice the sour apple. If using seasonal fruits like berries or citrus, wash them thoroughly and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
Add the sliced fruits into the pitcher with the wine base. Pour in the simple syrup and fruit juice. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Chill and Serve

Chill the Sangria
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, let it sit overnight.

Before serving, add fresh mint leaves and a cinnamon stick for garnish. Serve over ice in glasses, ensuring some fruit pieces are included in each serving.
