In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, finely chopped preserved lemon, chopped cilantro, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving a bit of space between each shrimp for even cooking.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet.
