Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside.

Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and croutons.

Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
