Preparation of Chimichurri

Make the Chimichurri Sauce
In a food processor, combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Prepare the Corn
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove from water, let cool slightly, and then cut the kernels off the cob. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add the corn, and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for a few minutes until heated through.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chopped Swiss chard and cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
