Black Velvet Cookies

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm.

    Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

    In another bowl, mix together the oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, then fold in the raisins.
