Method

Prepare the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Seasoning the Patty

Take the 8 oz dry-aged beef patty and season it generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cooking the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the seasoned burger patty on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

Prepare the Toppings

  1. 3

    Caramelizing the Onion

Slice the medium onion thinly. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until the onions are soft and golden brown.

  2. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Once the burger patty is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the brioche bun. Top with the slice of steak tomato, burrata cheese, and the caramelized onions. Close the burger with the top half of the bun.

Prepare the Sides

  1. 5

    Serving the Sides

Choose between mixed greens or pub fries to serve alongside the burger. If opting for fries, prepare them according to package instructions or fry them until golden brown.
