Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine
Wash and dry the Romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Cherry Tomatoes
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl with the Romaine.

Mix in Cheese and Dressing
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing to the salad. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.

Prepare the Baguette
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Make Garlic Oil
In a small bowl, mix the crushed garlic cloves with olive oil and salt. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the baguette slices.

Bake the Crostini
Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crisp.

Prepare the Parmesan Crisp
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Form the Crisps
Place small mounds of shredded Parmesan cheese (about 2 tbsp each) spaced apart on the parchment paper. Flatten them slightly.

Bake the Crisps
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Let cool before serving.
