Method

For the Baked Brie

  1. 1

    Prepare Brie

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the Brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Add Toppings

Drizzle honey over the Brie cheese and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and chopped walnuts.

  3. 3

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and warmed through.

For the Apple Chutney

  1. 4

    Cook Ingredients

In a medium saucepan, combine the diced apples, chopped onion, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, salt, ground ginger, cloves, and water.

  2. 5

    Simmer

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and let simmer for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender and the mixture thickens.

  3. 6

    Cool

Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.

For the Phyllo Cups

  1. 7

    Prepare Phyllo Dough

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 8

    Assemble Cups

Layer 3-4 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter. Cut the stacked dough into squares and press them into a muffin tin.

  3. 9

    Bake Cups

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
