Roasting Asparagus

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Asparagus
Wash the asparagus and trim off the woody ends.

Season Asparagus
In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Roast Asparagus
Spread the seasoned asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.
Salad Assembly

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce.

Add Tomatoes
Dice the large tomato and add it to the bowl with the romaine.

Slice Hardboiled Eggs
Peel and slice the hardboiled eggs, then add them to the salad.

Combine Ingredients
Add the crumbled bacon, croutons, and parmesan cheese to the salad bowl.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Top with Roasted Asparagus
Once the asparagus is roasted, remove it from the oven and add it on top of the salad mixture.
