Method
Preparation of Wings

Prepare Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings and boneless thighs dry with paper towels.

Season the Wings
Toss the bone-in wings with your choice of dry rubs or sauces before cooking.
Cooking the Wings

Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
Saucing the Wings

Coat with Sauce
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and toss them in your desired sauce (BBQ, Korean, Buffalo, etc.) until fully coated. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to set the sauce.

Remove the wings from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving. Serve with celery sticks and your choice of dipping sauce.
