Main Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Brisket

1

Season the Brisket

Rub the brisket with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Ensure it is evenly coated.

2

Smoke the Brisket

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the seasoned brisket in the smoker and smoke for about 10-12 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

3

Rest the Brisket

Remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.

Cooking the Onions & Mushrooms

4

Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and mushrooms, and sauté for 8-10 minutes until they are soft and caramelized. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Preparing the Fries

5

Cook the Fries

Prepare the frozen fries according to package instructions, usually baking at 425°F (218°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Assembling the B.O.M.B

6

Layer the Ingredients

On a plate or in a bowl, layer the sliced smoked brisket, sautéed onions, and mushrooms. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

7

Serve with Fries

Serve the B.O.M.B with a side of crispy fries for a complete meal.
