    In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

    Preheat a waffle iron and lightly grease it. Pour enough batter into the waffle iron to cover the surface. Close the lid and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown. Repeat for a total of 3 waffles.

    In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently until the eggs are just set.

Bacon Preparation
