Make Home Fries
Peel and dice the Russet potatoes into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden and crispy, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Bake Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk just until combined. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.

Cook Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, cook the eggs sunny-side up, about 2-3 minutes until whites are set.
