Mashing

Combine Grains
In a large mash tun, add the Pale Malt, Wheat Malt, Crystal Malt, and Flaked Corn.

Add Water
Heat 3 gallons of water to 165°F (73°C) and pour it over the grains. Stir well to ensure all grains are saturated.

Mash
Allow the mixture to steep for 60 minutes, maintaining a temperature of around 152°F (67°C).

Sparge Grains
After 60 minutes, sparge the grains with an additional 3 gallons of hot water (170°F or 77°C) to rinse sugars from the grains.
