Dip the Bread
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated, then transfer to the skillet.

Cook the French Toast
Cook the bread slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Add more butter as needed for the remaining slices.

Cook the Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Slice the medium tomato into thin rounds.

On one slice of French toast, layer the crispy bacon, raw spinach, and tomato slices. Top with another slice of French toast to complete the sandwich.
